You look good in that
This is such a good idea! What better way to start the day in a good mood? I'm off with a black marker to write on all my hangers.

Chanel jade nail polish
I have been a bif of a nail polish obsessive since I was at school and this colour makes me swoon. There's no way I'd get my hands on one as Chanel have only produced hundreds. Created for Karl Largerfield A/W collection for Chanel where models wore splashes of jade jewellery and of course this delicious nail paint.
I think this might inspire a monochrome, jade, pink mood board...

Relaxed hippy wedding
Here's a selection of photos from the lovely outdoor wedding we did back in September. Zuzia and Nigel were quite anti weddings in that they were very much against a traditional formal wedding. So they used our festival style wedding package to have a relaxed, unique day.
The bride Zuzia and her dad walking down the aisle...
The couple had a blessing at the bottom of the garden under the willow tree.
After the blessing the band led a wedding dance with everyone involved. This is everybody being shown the moves.
The folk band played under the gazebo (thank god the weather held).
Inside the marquee there were simple white tables with origami animals instead of traditional floral centrepieces. We placed jam jars with candles in next to animal figures to glow when it got dusky.
Cute photo of the groom and his little girl.
Carrying on with the festival, circus vibe there were flame throwers, hoola hoops and fancy dress costumes...
We strung lanterns and jam jars with candles from the trees and on the ground for a glowing, ethereal atmosphere.
The outdoor bar that the groom built himself and friends helped decorate.
This did spell out the couples' names and there was a lovely 'aaaaah' moment when it was lit..
All in all it was a lovely, fun and memorable day. Proof that you don't need to spend a fortune to have a wonderful wedding.

Babington House wedding
So here are some photos from the wedding we did at Babington House for Cheryl and Simon in early September. This wedding was unique because they broke tradition and had under 20 guests. Knowing they couldn't afford everyone they'd want to invite they just stuck to close family and friends and had an intimate, food, music and drink fuelled weekend!
This was the tea set in the bridal suite. Cheryl sent this photo to us as she knew of my penchant for vintage! I love the mismatched china and tea cosy.
This was a pleasant surprise in the bride's room.
The simplicity of the dress perfectly matched the relaxed, effortless vibe of the day.
The main meal (wedding breakfast) took place in a private room with an incredible fireplace at the end. Cheryl said she loved how decadent it made her feel, like the wedding was being filmed for a period drama.
Here's what Cheryl said about us:
Savoir were an amazing team at our wedding and thoroughly helped relieve the stress. We were worried about the party atmosphere with such a small guest list. But they were particularly amazing when it came to organising the guests, making announcements (including a wonderful announcement for our grand entrance to dinner!) and most of all getting the party going in the evening by re-organising our function room and taking control of the music and entertainment. Thanks to Savoir me, my husband (!) and all our guests had an amazing stress free, fun and memorable wedding!

chandelier
How awesome is this chandelier? If you were having a wedding reception at home this would be the kind of statement piece you could buy to update your home. Weddings at home are perfect for those not wanting to spend a fortune on a venue and you can make simple little touches to make it extra special.
For a wedding with colour this would be great in the hallway to greet guests and would certainly get people talking. It's £85 which isn't bad from Dutch By Design which you can get to from here
